Note To Parents

1.Parents/guardians are requested to look into the School Diary of their ward daily. Remarks made in to the diary should be seen and countersigned regularly.

2.The active co-operation of the guardians is very essential for the efficient functioning of the school and for the effective learning of pupils. They are requested to help the pupils at home in their studies and make sure that pupils do the assignments regularly.

3.While helping the children to do their homework and supervising their studies, parents and guardians must remember that self help is the best help.

4.If you observe that your ward is not assigned homework for sometime, or that he/she is unable to follow the lessons, the Principal should be contacted.

5.Parents/Guardians should not visit the classrooms during the class hours.

6.No pupil will be sent from school during class hours alone or through another party sent by the parents without a written authorisation from them.

6.No pupil will be sent from school during class hours alone or through another party sent by the parents without a written authorisation from them.

7.The parents are reminded that withdrawal from classes for mere social functions is not recommended; because it retards the child’s progress in school and minimizes his/her respect for regular hard work with consequent failures.

6.No pupil will be sent from school during class hours alone or through another party sent by the parents without a written authorisation from them.

8.Parents are expected to do their part in enforcing regularity and discipline. They should make sure that their children devote at least two hours each in the morning and in the evening to study.

9.It is our earnest desire that parents should visit the school at least once in a term to enquire about the progress in studies and behaviour of their children.

10.Members of the staff shall be consulted only when they are not engaging the class.

11.Children suffering from infectious or contagious diseases should be kept away from school until they recover and they should on return produce a doctor’s certificate of fitness.

12.Criticism of a student’s teacher or school in his/her presence should be scrupulously avoided because it causes the student to lose respect to the teacher or school with the consequent failure to learn. Should you have a legitimate complaint, meet the Principal without fear of reprisal.
